Language Arts Goal: The average percentage of all students in the district achieving proficiency on state exams will match or exceed the average percentage of all students in the state achieving proficiency by the end of the 2006-2007 school year.

Mathematics Goal: The average percentage of all students in the district achieving proficiency on state exams will match or exceed the average percentage of all students in the state achieving proficiency by the end of the 2004-2005 school year.

Professional Learning Community Goal: By the end of the 2005-2006 school year, 100% of instructional and administrative staff will participate in activities designed to develop professional learning communities that will increase student achievement.
