The District 622 School Board has a goal of enhancing "Respect in the Workplace."
Human Resources personnel visited all work sites and interviewed numerous employees to understand what "Respect in the Workplace" looks like and feels like to employees.
Based on feedback received from employees, the campaign is heavily underway in lots of fun and creative ways.
